We collect only the information needed to run the marketplace and to keep your account, wallet and transactions consistent across the Metaface ecosystem.

• Account email and authentication state via Firebase Authentication.
• Your DFS chain wallet address (dfs_0x…) and DFS balance.
• NFT custody and listing records in Firestore.
• Marketplace transactions (mints, listings, purchases, transfers, syncs).
• Basic device information needed to render the site (language, theme).

Your information is used to operate the marketplace, settle on-chain trades and provide a consistent experience across Metaface.

• Authenticating you and maintaining your session.
• Displaying your wallet balance, NFTs and transaction history.
• Settling listings, purchases and transfers on the DFS chain.
• Detecting abuse, fraud and security incidents.

We share data with Metaface as part of the same ecosystem so your wallet, balances and history stay unified. Service providers (Firebase, hosting) process data on our behalf under their own policies.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We may disclose data when required by law or to protect users.

We use an httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. Local preferences such as language and theme are stored in your browser's localStorage and never sent to our servers.

Account, wallet and transaction records are retained for as long as you maintain an account and as required by law. On-chain records are inherently permanent and cannot be deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your account data. You can also ask us to stop processing your data for certain purposes.
