Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of 0R9 (the 'Service'). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these terms in full. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility
You may only use the Service if you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law and if doing so does not violate any law in your jurisdiction.
Account and wallet
You are responsible for keeping your Metaface credentials, DFS chain wallet and any associated keys safe. All activity carried out through your account or wallet is your responsibility.
- Use a strong, unique password and protect your sign-in email.
- Never share your account credentials with anyone.
- Notify us via Metaface support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Prohibited conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform.
- Fraud, market manipulation, wash-trading or price collusion.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights.
- Distributing malicious code, scraping at abusive scale, or attempting to break security.
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose under applicable law.
Listings and trades
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful origin of any NFT you list. We do not act as escrow, custodian or arbitrator for off-platform agreements.
- All purchases are final once confirmed on the DFS chain.
- Listings may be removed if they violate these terms or applicable law.
- We may pause, restrict or remove access to specific listings, collections or accounts at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The marketplace UI, code and branding are owned by us or our licensors. NFT artwork and metadata are owned by their respective creators or current holders and are licensed under the terms attached to each NFT.
Service availability
The Service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
